synthetic or not

That is the key, for any oil of anykind, synthetic or not, needs to have the proper addictives for wet clutches.....

I use Mobile one MX-4T. This is a synthetic oil for motorcycle engine with the use of wet clutch.... works good for everything I ever used it in...

hey i got a vinson and right now iv just been using the regular oil for cars i think it is mobil one 10 w 40 andi know the guy right above me saisd he was using a specail oil just for quads and dirt bikes. well do any of u know if a 03 vinson manual what kind of clutch it has and what kind of oil to use and where to get it bescides my deal he wants 10 buck a qart

It has a wet clutch,and 10 bucks a quart is high for any synthetic. Try another atv dealer, or motorcycle dealer.

no that is for regular non syenthitc oil for syn ithink he wants abouty 20 bucks

I use Castrol Syntec 5W-50 in the Z and the Trail Bosses. No clutch problems in the Z.
