i was planning on after i get my shocks and axle and wheels all installed and stuff on buying some hotcams.. the base gasket and the drze springs and a CDI unit.. a uni filter and romoving the lid... do i need to rejet ? i know i do for the filter and stuff but what about the hotcams? does a jet kit come with all the jets i will need? after i get my motor done... THEN i am purchasing my pipe.

the cam is going to make the motor run different, the exhaust, and intake, and combustion strokes will all take places at different times, and in order to do this the motor needs enough fuel and air to make up for the change in combustion pattern.

The strokes take place at the EXACT same time, the VALVES will be opening differently. Either opening more, staying open longer, or both. I'd say jetting would be necesary since you added the filter.
