What gears do I need to put on my z400 to get more bottom end pull?

what size sprockets are on it right now?

Smaller front sprocket and bigger back. Get the available teeth numbers for Z400 sprockets, and decide how much more torque you want. Youll likely have a few choices.

Remember, to get an increase in torque you will get an equal reduction in speed. Speed and torque are inversley proportionate in terms of gear ratios.

A K&N with Outerwears, FMF PowerBomb Header and Ti-4 Muffler, was the solution for me!! The stock bike really lacks bottom end. The pipe fixed it real nice!!
