Default LT 250 Carb Question???

trying to save an old beat up LT250, new top end, and bunch of bearings and seals, posted questions earlier about smoking, and possibly running lean, I checked the main jet it was a #430, I am starting to think the Carb is not the stock size, It has the numbers T6 Y2, an dunder that 43B, The Quad runs, but it seems to run out at the the top, and kind of sputters on the low end. Anyone have any Ideas

Default LT 250 Carb Question???

#430 is a HUGE jet. The normal range for a mikuni is 220-260. Keihins run from 130-180. The stock carb size is 34mm, except on the 85 it is 32mm

Default LT 250 Carb Question???

430 is not even a real jet number for that carb, that would be way to much fuel, ur not looking at the right number, it should be like 240-260 stock
