I was wondering if any other quadsport owners were having problems with their chain falling off and cracking the case.

 

I have had that problem. I have broken 5 cases. I think it was due to messed up axle/swingarm bearings and bushings. It also could have been due to lack of chain maintance. It is a very annoying problem. I think they should had a setup like on the Honda 250X. What year do you have? I have a 88. Any mods?

LT230s, i have an 85. I have a air filter and soon to have a new pipe and smalller spockets.(Front and Back)i hopping to modify it enough to beat my friends 300 ex.

I really don't think that you could modify it enough to beat him. I also think that he would probaly modify his also.

 

i was just wondering, not slamming of anything else, but after have 5 broken cases dont you think that is a sign to get adifferent fourwheeler?
