not a problem unless your throttle get's stuck wide open.aftermarket reedvalve's don't have them.i've been running my stock reedcage with boyesen reeds and no limiter's with no problem's.my fmf reedcage fell apart after a few year's,my v-force reedcage has some prob' with breaking the reed's maybe it's to good of a seal.my stock cage has alway's worked without a problem.

V-force reed valses do have reed stops and you must use them.
Stock Reed valse stops should be used also , without them you will reduce the life of your reeds and increase the chances of reeds cracking or breaking.

Well said Zig... Shortens the life of the reed... If you really want to be picky, trim 3mm off the entire length of each reed stop, use a 3/8 reed spacer, and spread the reed stops so the cage will barely fit inside the cylinder...
Use a good quality reed petal (Carbon fiber or stocker) not any dual stage B.S. and run it!
The spacer and trim work will unblock part of the boost port, therefore improving flow.
