Will any tranny parts from an 87 fit in a 85, just looking at the drum and shift forks?

 

Good question, but I can't answer without looking at part #'s. I'm at work and don't have my manual with me, but I don't think so. I could be wrong though. The 85 had the 5 speed tranny whereas the 87 was a six speed.

 

I would have to say no on that one
