Default Plastic Shine

Whenever I go to apply a 2nd coat of Mop N Glo, the first coat starts to break up from the cleaning agents I guess. This leaves streaks of white build up. Any suggestions on how to apply a 2nd coat without screwing up the first. Need that 2nd coat to fill in the bad scratches on the front of the rear fenders.

With mop n glo, use dry rag if it starts to streak, I have been experimenting w/ armorall(too expensive) Pledge also works good.
