Hi Rooster, I don't know about the works suspension but my kid jumps the crap outa mine on our motorcross track and doesn't have any trouble, and thats with stock suspension. I have compression and rebound set a little higher than stock on the rear but I'm a big boy. You definatly want to blip the throtle off the ramp or pull up on the handle bars in the air or you'll end up on your nose tho.

I run Works AT steeler triple rates w/o rezzies up front, and a rebuilt stocker on the back, and I like how it handles and jumps. But I mostly ride fast trails and open fields, not any MX'ing or launching off huge dunes or anything like that, though.

If you want a nice set of shocks custom dialed in for your style of riding and weight look up elka suspension up in canada. They set me up and I love them. I go 250lbs and with them I feel alot quicker through the woods and they really soak up the whoops and jumps.
