Default LT 230 QuadSport Clutch Adjustment

I'm looking for some info before I pull off my clutch cover. I'm having an issue with my clutch adjustment, everytime I adjust some some free play into the clutch cable by using the cable barrel adjuster on the clutch lever and/or the barrel adjuster down on top of the clutch cover within a couple hours of riding the free play is gone again. Is there some sort of adjustment inside the clutch cover where possibly there is a locknut that came loose allowing it to back out on me during normal riding? I have the manual but it doesn't show what my suspicions are, any info would help, Thanks.

My friends Warrior has that issue.Probably sometin to do with the dics heating up? There is no adjustment inside the clutch cover except for the springs but they should be tightened all the way down.

There is no internal adjustment. Either your clutch is going quick or there is somthing coming loose inside,( but usually your clutch will hang up if it comes loose). Have you changed brands of oil latley? Sometimes if you go with the incorrect type of oil it will do the same thing, it just eats the clutch.
