Default 230s engine help!!!!!

I dont know what it is then you adjust the cam while the flywheel is visable so you can double check yes that tiny dowel on the cam should be bewteen 11 and 12:00 and the lines should lay flat and form a straight line wit the top of the head

Default 230s engine help!!!!!

1) fuel was sorta iffy so we put 97 in it!
2) Possible leak at the o-ring for the intake........possible
3) but the BIG thing was a poor connection at the sodder for the Magneto ingnition side....Ohmed all wires on the entire bike!!!!!!!! It would get fire for a little bit, then nothing , then fire again! I had all 4 of my gear head budds down here looking this thing over....BEER FOR EVERYONE!!!!!!! That **** on the side of the carb is a choke limiter ****. you pull it out if it is below 40 degrees out. it gives the choke a little more travel or something. Als Specialyst, how in the world did you fit a 36mm carb in a 26mm carb boot. A lot of work with the dremmel?
