Why you think I'm talking crap? What is noobs?Just asking, had someone call me out in another forum and he called me a lier about my Zilla,so I told him to come to the next race and let's line up,he came but he didn't stay long if you catch my drift. Not saying you are, just asking. The best thing to do is compare your own slip's and tweek it in,if your sixty foot time is making your ET slow watch the light's,you should be able to count 1-2-3 and blast off down the track without redlighting. If you count to 4 the green light will come on and you lost valuable time, alot of ppl. wait for the green light and when it come's on time is flyin. With a Pro light you don't even want to blink. In town here they use a rubber band start, they tell you to wait for the rubber band to fully snap then go,the heck with that, just watch the guy's hand's when he start's to pull the lever to snap the band I'm gone and I don't hit the rubberband and I don't get disqualified.Alot of bad ET's is from bad light time's,especially in bracket racing,if you cut a good light you could cause yourself to break out, done that one, broke out but a goal was met that day,my first 4.9.

whoa, i was talking about jv074 not you. i dont think youre talking crap. i was honestly just wondering about your times because my 60' is consistent but its not as quick as i would like. even 350 banshees kill me off the line. my reaction time is good just not 60'.

Sorry gogoquadzilla, your 60ft time could be bad for this reason, tire spin, too much gear. What gearing you running? What tire are you using on the rear?I mean if your reaction time is good then that could be it.

ive tried almost every gear combination i can. the best 60' ive turned is like 1.8 with 15/38 and my tires are cheap but they hook up good and theyre 17 1/2 " tall (thats why the high gearing). just every zilla ive ridden feels like it desperately wants out of 1st gear and then throws you off the back in 2nd.

What I meant when I said a Zilla would beat any production four wheeler stock or modded is run a stock Zilla beside a stock Banshee, with equal riders, and the Zilla will beat it. The same goes for any of the other quads I listed. Put $5000 in a Zilla and the same amount in a 250r and the Zilla would still be out front. The reason is a stock Zilla puts out over 50hp to the rear wheels stock and it is very is to aproach 80hp without spending thousands of dollars like alot of Banshee guys and 250r guys do just to best the Zillas stock hp. There's no replacement for displacement in a drag race. Did I mention that I'm a Banshee owner so that I don't seem one sided?

GOGO,
I've went through the samething. The combo I use that work's the best for my Zilla is 400EX radial rear tire's and or SkatTrak 20-10-10 paddle tire's with 14/47 gearing for 300ft drag's.I've tried Realator's hooked up good but heavy and robbed h.p.,not noticeable unless your racing against the clock, for hard pack track's,Holeshot's nothing but spin,Shredder's the same,Nomad's great tire just don't make them anymore and one of mine took a dump on me,This is where the Honda tire's come in,they work great in loose sand also,I went up against a CR500 with a paddle tire and whooped his but by bus length's,300ft.660ft.I was out in front.I thought for sure he would've whooped me cuz it was a good running bike with a paddle tire that got great traction,he was king until I raced him.Another tire to concider is the Raptor Radial rear's.Did you know that an "O" ring chain can rob h.p.?Yup it can I had one then switched to a Standard 520 chain.
