Default Rebuilt LT250R Break In Procedure?

I just had my 250 bored .040 over, polished, ported and had a new Wiseco Crank installed. Is there some kind of recommended break in procedure when you get your stuff rebuilt?

my dad has always told me to run two tanks of gas through it for 2 strokes and go slow(no faster than half throttle)
