adjusting eiger clutch

how doyou adjust a clutch on an 03 eiger 4x4 foot shift? mine makes a hard/loud caanging noise when shifting up.

donno but i put AMSOIL synthetic in it and all noises from shifting are gone and it shifts smoother too
