I picked up a couple of LT80's but I don't have owner's manuals for them. Is there a throttle limiter somewhere on them or do I have to rig something up to slow a kid down? Thanks in advance for your help. By the way, I have two LT80's available if anyone is looking to buy one.

 

if you look at the thumb lever on the back side you will see a screw and that would be it.
