Default problems with twinpeaks?

My neighbor just purchased a twinpeaks about two months ago. He seems to be having quite a few problems with it though. Wonder if anyone on here can help him?

Problem 1: Won't go into low range. He can put the shift lever in low, but don't notice a difference between high and low range. On my AC, when you go into low range, you know it.

Problem 2: When he kicks it into 4wd, it won't go in right away. He can push the button, but sometimes we will be playing with the quad and riding it around and maybe 5-10 minutes later(depending on what type of mood it is in) the 4wd will finally kick in.It is not a loose connection, what else could it be?

Problem 3: It will not start in neutral, it has to be IN gear with the brake OFF! That is something just out of the ordinary don't you think!

Any help or suggestions anyone might have will really help. But as for power, this quad is unreal!

I have had no problems with mine other then the 4wd lag problem, i will push the button when i am crusing 5-15mph and it wont engage for about 5-10seconds not min!

When i click it back to 2wd sometimes it makes a pop/snap noise or is totally smooth, i am not sure....
My buddy has a brand new 04Blue one and it does this also, mine is 2weeks old as of this past tuesday i have 99hours on it with 723Miles.......

Changed my oil 4Times to play it safe, i also maintainced my belt, and did the reset!
