I been toying with the front shocks to see how they ride on the trails and if I adjust them out one it feels a little softer but tends to bottom out. If I set it in tighter it handles better in the turns but sucks on the landing. Once I adjusted it in one from factory setting, I took it out and hit a medium jump and when I landed I lost control and bit the dust! It wanted to bounce around more once it hit the ground.

 

The stock shocks are limited to pre-load adjustments which doesn't help your situation.The only way to get the adjustability you need is to go with a good set of aftermarket shocks that have compression adj.,rebound adj. as well as pre-load.......
