White Bros Blues
#1
Back in late July I sent a pair of White Bros front shocks off my 86 QRacer that I had recently purchased to get rebuilt because they needed it. I managed to get ahold of the fellow and he told me I needed new hoses. I told him to send them to me and I'd get a pair made. I figured I could get it done cheaper as he told me it would be about $40 each there locally.
I got them back to him in the second week of Sept. and now I cannot get him to return any of my calls, PERIOD! I managed to find out 3 weeks ago by someone else who went back there to check on them and he said they were waiting on parts, a week to ten days. I've been calling every day 3 or 4 times a day at various times leaving messages on his voice mail and at the receptionist answering the phone.
I did get a hold of another guy in sales and he told me it's hard to get him as the suspension dept. is a one man show. No one seems to interested in helping me and the receptionist knows me by name and voice now.
I know this is the last time I will ever do business with them and I am curious if any one else has ever had any problems like this with them as well.
Thanks for letting me rant from this infrequent visitor to the forums.
BTW, any one got a pair of old shocks so that I can at least take my QRacer off the stand? What was supposed to be a 2 week turn around is now entering it's fourth month.
