i recently rolled my quad and snapped the bars in half. Just wondering what kind of bars you guys like. I also need a kill switch, what kind is the best for the z400.

iam going with the factory 909 bars

 

The factory 909 bars are the best 7/8 bar imo, with only the protaper se near it in quality.

Renthal is always a good choice but overpriced.

Gunnar makes the best kill switches, but pro design is basically the same thing for a little less.

 

I've got the Pro Tapers and love them. I think they were 70 dollars and i got them in ATV HI since i am a taller guy. They really made it feel more comfortable when standing up. And they're way stronger than stock.

 

I had some bars on there, I think they were pro taper bars, they were bent once before they broke though.

I put a set of TAG's on mine.

I like renthal bars they only cost $60/70 for them
ive rolled my quad backwards down a hill and didnt hurt them at all
it damaged a lot of other parts but didnt hurt the bars

 

where do you find Gunner kill switches

 

I got mine from a yamaha dealer but there are a few shops online that sell them. Search froogle and you should come up with one.
