My 2003 Vinson has a vibration noise that comes and goes at low speeds 8mph and higher at 28mph. I think it is the rear shock springs vibrating and sort of buzzing or ringing. Tried to dupicate on the jackstand, but couldnt. Tried to ride on the rear rack at low speed and listen from the back, but it wont do it. Anybody experience this??

 

My 2003 does the same thing. A friend of mine has two 2002's and they both make the same noise. I figure they all make the noise. Mine has 900 miles on it, and nothing has broke yet.
