Did anyone else get a notice about some genius using screws too long for the petcock to seal to the gas tank properly, or is this old and I just got mine late?

actually i work for a suzuki dealer and it is for 04-05 eigers and vinsons. it takes about 5 minutes to do the recall and so far none have been leaking its just a concern suzuki has. no one has actually reported to are dealership of any actually leaking!! but if you get the notice in the mail bring it in and they will fix it up free of charge.

i would like to race a kq to i think i would win being i can out run most sport bikes

i wish suzuki would admit to more then a .05cent part

like the 02 problem bikes

Pretty sure you wont be beating an KQ's anytime soon, but I'll bet your vinson is a beast for a 500 class.

 

if the hesitation the kq has and i dont have any i think i would get it off the line, but he would beat me in top end. dont forget i am looseing alot of power from the big tires.

 

I own a BF and an eiger and have ridden a KQ and would not doubt that your highly modded Vinnie would beat the KQ. I was very disappointed with it's power i would compare it's power more to a Vinnie than a STP let alone a BF.

 

All of my friends that have kids also have lt 80s. So who says I don't race that 80. Sorry no pics, Its a hoot racing my buddies on minis at camp.
