Choke or no choke

Default Choke or no choke
My Z400 has the choke cable stuck on. The bike runs like s**t. Should I just remove it or take it to the dealer for them for fix. It has the extended warranty for five years.

if its under warranty I would take it in
if its not buy a new cable and replace it
