Wheel spacers yeah or nah?

I'm pretty dumb on chassis setups but just wandering if wheel spacers are a bad idea instead of highpriced a-arms? Heard mixed comments on wheel bearings wearing out alot quicker. I don't race, mainly just play around in the woods, corn feilds, and trails. Want more stability on tight turns. Thinking +1 or +2" and cheap. Don't want to go any wider so I can still get through the tight spots. If anybody uses wheelspacers please let me know if your happy with them. Thanks

yea i would probably trust the rears as long as i wasnt jumping very high, but i would never put fronts on...ball joints and tie rod ends wear out faster, too much leverage on the shocks, increased bump steer, etc...many more things can go wrong on the front. Back the only thing you really have to worry about it if you jump, there is more leverage on your axle making it much easier to bend.

I was only thinking of the front, thanks for the info,I'll just do the back. You guys just saved me some green! I never jump big so axle bend should not be an issue. I just joined this forum today and this is neat!!! -Thanks again
