my new 05' Vinson auto = slow?

I broke mine in fairly easy also, but like the article says, we all want to 'get on it' on our new machines. I had a techinique we followed when racing motorcycles and having our engines built. It worked fairly well, but on one engine i had it lasted for awhile, but crapped out quicker than the other enginess. Not sure what I did different on that machine, but it was something to do with heat up and cool down. I won two AMA CCS National Championships in Middleweight Superbike and Middleweight Supersport with that engine, but it wasn't doing well after that.
Oh well, my ATVs seem to last a long time with the break-in I do. I guess this will always be controversial...

i beat pretty much the living **** outta mine, and the rest is history....
lets put it this way, 0 degrees no choke needed, always starts weather its a mounth parked or a day, 2900mi mobil 1 syn, runs better then new.
my opinion is drive it like you always will drive it, i have done this on alot of quads, and they have a ton of miles on them so i guess that my phliosophy is working out ok...
