Default clutch not engaging

HEy everyone. Don't know how many looked at my previous post but, since then on my LT230S. I put new clutches into it but, when I use plyers to turn the clutch shaft on the side of the case where the cable hooks up the sproket on motor still doesn't turn free. Now I don't have any oil in the motor and its sitting on my work bench at the moment. what could the problem be?

thx

okay suzuki says it could be a lock up on the first use. What do I have to do to free it. Would I have to get the motor running and allow the oil to work in so that its frees the clutch or how would I go about freeing the clutch up?

thx
