Here's a good laugh. The dealer I bought my Vinson from, has King Quads for $5,999.00. What's the matter Suzuki? I guess the word has gotten out that they are cr@p and now they can't sell them. Maybe the negative publicity that these boards are putting out is actually working. Hopefully Suzuki will get the message and fix em right.

 

They can not sell any of them right now or vinsons due to another recall involving the throttle assembly sticking which is coming down the wire.

 

Elaborate, please.

 

Dealers have received a notice of recall for all vinsons and kingquads for their throttle assembly sticking in cold weather. They can not sell them until parts are replaced.

 

So tell me-(I realize this would be the obvious on the KQ's) Is this in relation to the "new" lighter pull throttles, concerning the Vinson(s)?

 

give me a break lighter throttles, lol grow a thumb and come back and talk...... buy a 05 and slap a nice 02 throttle on why ruin a good thing? that was about the only plus to my 02....

well, I bought my Vinson just a month ago and never heard of such recall ... We're riding around -5 F here all the time in winter ... 380 + miles on the bike and no problem at all yet .....

 

My recall letter came last week, but living in so. fla. not much chance of the throttle freezing from cold weather [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]

 

What is the recall for the Vinson. I have not received anything in the mail concerning any problems. Mine is a 2003. Are they not affected?
