I did all mine as well 88 Racer. Powder coat the frame,all new bushings,rebuilt top end (bottom was fine) all new plastic,polished everything.just need seat cover and Im ready to get it dirty again.lol

86LT250RQUADRACER, While you have that new frame you got bare.... you might want to add some gussets and crossmembers. I'm currently doing this to my frame now.

After cracking two frames in similar spots i'm convinced strengthening the frame is a must if you ride hard. Its easy to do if you have a welder (or know someone that does). I should be finished with the frame by early next week and can have pictures availible then if anybody is interested.
