Can you port and polsih a stock Z400 engine with no problems? And what exactly is porting and polishing the engine mean? Is it letting more fual getting into the engine for more power?

 

Porting is openening up the intake and exhaust ports, where the air/fuel goes in and the exhaust comes out. More in and out means more power. Only the exhaust port gets "polished", because a smooth finish on the intake side isn't what you want. A little roughness on the surface will keep the air and fuel "tumbling" for better combustion. Save your money for a pipe. A P&P won't do a whole lot for a stocker.

I went by and I saw a trail blazer and it looked li,e a orange 250r or somethign but it was in a shed behind some trees so i couldn't see very good..is that yours?
