It has been said that the newer Z400's (04 and up) now have an additional clutch plate,etc for better cclutch life.
Running a big bore Z400....what have you found to be the best clutch pplate spring combo for durability.....thanks in advance for the info.

 

PS....bike is 03 model.

 

Started with better clutch in 05 if it matters. Sorry but I don't know enough about clutches to give any advice.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

 

I run a hinson clutch basket with the stock clutch and springs and its been very reliable for me
