Default LT500R pipe options

Are there any other Quadzilla pipes that are routed around the left side of the frame like an LRD or Trinity? LRD doesn't make their pipe anymore, so that only leaves Trinity for brand new stuff. For those that have them, what kind of power do these two systems make with a mildly modified engine (reeds, reed spacer, cool head, etc.)? I'm no drag racer, so I really don't like top-end power. I prefer good ol' grunt. Any help?

What exactly did you get in the mail? An LRD pipe? Trinity? Where did you get it from?

Might I suggest a Paul Turner pipe? It is routed around the left side, but not until it makes a trip over to the right (Closer to the stock pipe look)
It's a very good 'all around' pipe... The other two (I run the LRD) are made for more higher RPM performance. The LRD is adjustable for RPM range, but they are pretty much unobtainable. The trinity pipe is designed for more aggressive port specs than stock as is the LRD.
The PT works fine with both... Your call, I just think by your last comment, you'd be happier with this one.

My $.02

If money isn't an object, call FTZ and tell them what your looking for. They custom build pipes and they've built quite a few for the Zilla. LRD is probably the best in-frame top end pipe ever manufactured for the Zilla, but FTZ custom made pipes are even better. Plus, they'll design one for more low end grunt than you thought possible if that's what you desire.

Thanks for the suggestions, y'all. I've ridden a clean 500 with a Paul Turner exhaust system, and I must say that I really liked the power. Nice 'n meaty! I am considering that system, it's just that I like the look of the left exit pipes. Yagerzzz, I was also thinking about FTZ since they are one of the few companies left that will custom make an exhaust system. I'll contact them about a price quote. One other thing, does anyone here know anything about the pipes from ATV Racing in Phoenix? I have seen a few different pipes listed on their website, but there are no pics or specs. I haven't gotten an email response from them yet.

ok i got my Trinity pipe on, it has good top end. the only complain about it is, i had to make it fit correctly.

#1 I couldnt ge the pipe to go into the flange(thats bolted onto the motor) all the way and it was spitting oil outta the connection. so i had to make some new mounting brackets so it would allof the pipe to slide forward more, so there wouldnt be the gap.

#2 the flange that bolts to the motor, i had to take my fremel to some of the welds so the bolts would go all the way down. the weld wouldnt let the nut go all the way down.

#3 ya kno how the silencer looks in the picture(oval and chrome)? its not, it is round and not chrome lol. it doesnt bother me that its round, but it woulda been nice if it was chrome

and wear some boots, ive burnt the shyt outta my leg
