Default KQ throttle stuck......

Yup, she stuck and proceeded to drive itself over twice and really screwed things up. The worst part of it was that is was my wife's KQ, she's PO'd!

Anyone else had a throttle sticking issue?

The throttle sticking problem is a factory recall on the KQ (as well as the '05 Vinson). The only thing is that the sticking problem was usually when riding in freezing conditions. Check with your dealer.

It was not freezing out, was actually hot! I think the cable was routed poorly, I was hoping there were more out there to campare with so the warranty issue would be smoother.

Mine hasnt stuck yet,but it is hard to push. I have sprayed wd 40 down the cable but its still hard. This is a new cable as the first one broke.

If I were you I would check the routing through the bars it seems very snaked in there.
