Default a-arm removal

hey there. My bearings in my lower a arms are shot and when i took them apart the needles went flying out. So I need to get my old bearing out and its hard trying to get it out whens its still connected to the hub. But I can't get it off the hub. How do you get it off? i removed the bolt on top but it stills refuses to come off. Is there something inside the boot?

I used a small ball joint removal tool for cars. I borrowed it from the local Advance Auto store.
