I gotta admit the bomb sounds awsome. I only wish it looked better. Here is a link to the bombs suspension, pretty cool.

The BRP looks really cool, we'll have to see just how big it feels and handles. Appears to have planty of horsepower though!!

The new Bomber looks to be a pretty sweet ATV. I'm not thrilled about the single brake handle which is something I really do not care for. I've never liked the fit and finish of the Bombers I have seen so far either. Everything felt cheap. Hopefuly the new one is better in that dept.

As for the others, the BF has lots of power and good everything else but Kawasaki really screwed the pooch when it comes to the handling. On stock tires it is a mess and even with a good set off radials and rims it still doesn't handle for crap. If you put over a grand worth of shocks on it it might handle OK but I can't see dumping that kind of money into a new ATV just to make it ridable.

The Polaris has power and seem to fairly reliable. I just couldn't deal with the screwball 4x4 system and as I mentioned before single brake levers annoy the ever living crap out of me. It rides really nice but is pretty heavy. I wouldn't want to have to roll one back onto its wheels if it turned over. I could probably live with their *** ugly styling if they had a regular locking 4x4 system and front and back brake levers.

The KQ seems to be the best all around. It doesn't have the power of a BF or the Polaris but it handles much better. It isn't without its problems however. The whole reverse gear debacle being chief among the problems. That can be solved by getting one with the corrected gear which can be determined by the VIN. Buying one with the defective reverse is simply ignorant in my opinion. The racks simply suck on the KQ and I'm not impressed with the front bumper either.

I'm trying to wait for the new models to come out to see what the other manufacturers come up with. So far the new Bomber looks to be definitely one to consider. Yamaha is supposedly coming out with a new Grizzly too. Kawi would have a winner on their hands if they had a BF with EFI and a decent suspension. I'm giving it until fall to see how everything shakes out. If I HAD to buy right now I would probably get the KQ IF I could find one with a "good" VIN.

I'm not at all familar with the bombers but, It sounds to be heavier of course and I couldn't see a back up pull start or if it had a simple diff lock push button system. I'll be picking up a KQ myself soon but then again, I live in the mountains so my purpose may differ from yours.

I'd wait to see what comes out for 06' before I bought one. Ive heard Yamaha is going to have an 800cc utility quad.

All three are great quads, but I would wait for the Bomb800efi to come out. If you are willing to wait until late fall, kawie is suppost to bump the BF to 800cc and efi, but my local dealer will not confirm that until July 9th when he gets back for the kawie research show. Either way, they bomb800 looks amazing.

I would wait until Fall and see how everything plays out. The Bomb 800 looks awesome. Yamaha is supposedly coming out with an 800 and Kawasaki might too.

This will pi$$ off many in here, but the KQ 700 blows. I've owned one so I'm entitled to my opinion. The set up is awesome, the ride is awesome, but the power is simply sub-par. It's no stronger than a P650, no matter what others say in here. Suzuki retarded the low end with a hesitation so the KQ really suffers on th low end.

There is always a more powerful machine just around the corner. If you wait for the 800, then there will be rumors of a new 900 coming out and you'll have to wait for that. You'll never have a quad--you'll just be forever waiting for something better to come along

Get what looks good to you now and be happy with it.

I agree 100%. There will always be one bigger and faster every year. If you can, try them all. I did and chose the KQ. Light(150lbs less then the sportsmen 700 EFI), powerfull, very comfortable, 200 miles in two days memorial day weekend and no sore a$$es, and the KQ handles awesome. Even riding double the machine does outstanding. In my opion you couldn't ask for a better all around quad. Most of our group is sport quads, and they all are very impressed with how the KQ keeps up on the trail. But whats good for one isn't allways good for all. Thats my 2 cents
