As you may know I have to do my main bearings on my zilla. I seen a set of 90 cases on ebay which has the steel inserts and was wondering would they work if I was to put all the interior of my 87 zilla into the cases. They guy said all you need is a differenty seal for the crank balancer.

 

yea, thats all you need is the clutch side seal for the balencer.

have him send you a pic of the case inserts, its hard to tell if there is one on the case on the left. i was screwed once and i now im mr.cautios lol, but the one case comes stock with somethin that looks like a case insert, im not shure exactly what it is but make shure they both have the inserts

 

Yeah I thought that too. I'll ask. I guess those cases will catch big bucks.

 

Hey, Emerald you may want him to send you a better pic of the cases. I looked at these cases closely and you see a insert on the right side case which the original stock case had I dont see anything on the left side case which the stock cases did not have. You would need to have a better pic the stock insert in the right side case was brass. Hope that may help you to make sure you dont get burned...
