definaltly go riding again. if you hold off becuase of fear your mind will build up a horrible imagination and it will phsyc you out. i usually ride and then when i get a bit to cocky i crash and that reminds me im not invisible. its a good system lol but yeah never quit something becuase you messed up the last time unless its like racing for slips lol

 

I wouldint stop riding.Were i ride at their is this guy that had a bad accident and is paralyzed from his hip down and still rides were he fell.He has a string on the gear connected to his wrist and thats how he switches and when he wants to down shift he grabs his leg and pushes the gear down with the weight of his leg.I give him a lot of props because he rides better then most people there and he works on his own bike. Thats how it should be if your still able to get on, just get on.

I had bad spills on bicycles when I was kid but I never thought twice about not getting back on. I say keep riding but maybe choose smarter friends.

 

when I wrecked in march, I was told no riding for 3 months. I was riding within 1 month still with broken ribs and beat up
from the crash. I think i'll die on my quad before I give it up
