I have a question for you. What is about the power, the reliability and the top speed between both machines. Iwant to do hunting and riding. Not too much working expect for hunting....(moose) .

 

Both are great machines and for the record I am buying a Outlander 800efi this year, However for the money you are talking about spending on either one of these two quads I would say neither and buy a Brute Force 650. IMO the BF650 is the hands down winner in value and performance in this price class.

 

My 2004 slightly modified Eiger beat an Outy 400 at the dunes last year, so a Vinny will SMOKE an Outy.

And that was BEFORE I but a bigger carb on.

 

My buddy has an Outlander 400 HO. This thing is nice, but is low on power. Will do anything you ask it to- but I noticed quite a bit of bog in the engine in certain situations.
