Default Eiger EPI clutch kit probs!!!! Help!!!

I have a 04 Suzuki Eiger and i'm in the middle of installing a EPI oversized tire clutch kit. Well i got the kit all in and now having some problems. It starts fine and the belt seems to be moving normally. The problem begins when you shift into gear. The quads lounges foward and usually stalls out. If it does not stall it just starts goin up to 5-6mph without even toughing the gas. The same thing happens in reverse. A guy mentioned that something is tighten too much. I'm not sure what to do and i'm hosting a huge ride this Sunday. I need to get this fixed. Any help would be great. Also should the counter-weights be covered in grease??? I read that somewhere and mine are pretty clean. Thanks

I would say call EPI, but it's the weekend and doubt you'll get a response. But I'll bump it to the top for you.

it sounds like you forgot to put the springs in your torque conveter if you forgot to do that the shoes of the torque conveter would engage as soon as you started the machine.but you would have had to take the old one off first for that to happen!

If yer idle is too high she'll jump. The sprag clutch should lockup bout 2300 rpm. If it locks up earlier (pre-1500) then you prolly have a problem with the springs in the one way clutch.
