Default high idle problem

i installed a 155 jet to accompany my yoshi slip on and k&n lid. i adjusted the fuel screw to 2 and half turns out and the thing idles extremely high. anybody know how i can adjust the idle? is it the same screw? the instructions for the jet kit that came with the filter said to put the screw at that setting and make higher as needed. im at sea level if that matters.

Default high idle problem

I have a 2003 Z400. There is an idle screw, and an air-fuel mixture screw. If the 2005 is the same, the idle screw is on the left side, kind of gold colored and I think a few inches lower and a few inches towards the rear of the bike from the reserve/on fuel ****. It is easy to see and you just turn it to adjust the idle. The air-fuel mixture screw allows small adjustments of the air fuel mixture to fine tune your jetting but without having to change jets. It is hard, if not impossible to see unless you remove the carb. It also has a small rubber cover over the hole (the screw is recessed) and faces the front of the bike, low on the carb float bowl. I think they make a small finger screwdriver or maybe a shorty screwdriver would work to adjust it without removing the carb.
