Default Initial Fireup

Okay guys, I'm almost ready to fire this badboy up. I haven't ran the engine since it was stock (a month ago)., what is the best way to start it? Should I pull the plug wire and let the starter turn it over awhile? Should i pull the cam cover and pour some oil in it? It still has assembly lube, so those should be okay. I'm mostly worried about the sleeve and the piston marring it up. Also, with the config below what jets should I start at??

Weisco 440 Big Bore Kit
Hotcams Stage II
Head Port and Polish
DMC Alien Full Pipe
Dynatec Digital Programmable Ign
