2002 LT- 80 problem

Default 2002 LT- 80 problem

the breaker keeps tripping for the starter , i replaced the breaker,
could it be the starter? and how do you test it?

does anyone know how to test for a bad starter??????????

The LT electric isn't my specialty, but maybe I can suggest a lil something. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
I'm thinking that you unplug the starter (right frame rail under gas tank) and hit the starter button. If the fuse pops again, I'd think the problem would be in the starter button. These buttons have been the cause of problems before.
I feel it's too new to be the starter, but I could be wrong.
After that I'd trace the starter wire to see if there is any worn thru spots that are grounding out.
