I'm thinking that you unplug the starter (right frame rail under gas tank) and hit the starter button. If the fuse pops again, I'd think the problem would be in the starter button. These buttons have been the cause of problems before.
I feel it's too new to be the starter, but I could be wrong.
After that I'd trace the starter wire to see if there is any worn thru spots that are grounding out.
