My riding buddy and I both got an aluminium cover etc for free under warranty even though they are over 1 year old !
It took no more than 10 days to get them.
I dont know where the spares came from - sorry.
The extra bolt goes in a hole near the bottom centre of the alloy cover which isnt on the magnesium one.

I went to the dealer at the begining of march. Had them check the corrosion issue. They said mine still looked brand new. It was running out of gas when I was loading it up to bring it there so I filled it, and that was only the fourth or maybe fifth tank. Maybe I just haven't ridden it enough. But didn't somebody here say that their dealer tore down one that was on the floor 2 months and it had the issues? Maybe the dealer ( troy city ) that prepped mine put the good anti-freeze in.

I dont think you will get what you want since there obviously hiding from the problem, but its worth a try.

I dont want to be rude if I missed something. But I read this thing twice and my bike is an 05 thats prolly 7 months old. And well I still cant figure a direct answer to what needs the replacement as in.
Clutch cover? Or coolant cover?
May someone please be more specifice?
Thank you for your time.
