Back to the power Commander! I spoke with them today and they are going to make an ignition controller for the king Quad! They could not tell me when! I noticed that there are a lot of you guys on this site that have connections and are very knowledgeable about your KQ's! Has anyone else been told this? Have any of you the ability to ask the right person about this! Is there anyone else on this site that has the Power Commander on a KQ?

I was emailed by Dusty at Dynojet more than once over the past year that there will be no ignition module for the King Quad Powercommander. Maybe they finally wised up. If so, you will be in luck. The Powercommander was designed for add on modules but his response was that there was not enough of a market to justify making one. Maybe they now realize that with the Yoshi soon coming out, their Powercommander alone will not sell.

I am waiting for the Yoshimura unit myself. Since they work closely with Suzuki and their street bikes, I have no doubt they will do the same with the King Quad. Their products are top notch. This product is actually already in use for the street. They probably just have to do some tweaking to get it right for us. It should be an all in one device that will control both fuel and timing.
