what would you make thpse helguards out of? something like t-6 aluminum or something

I called DG performance right before I got rid of my z250 and asked them to make heel guards for the Z250's, he said he would if he got enough requests for them.

I called that shop and they answer the phone from 4-7PM EST. I will be calling them back at that time to see if they make a kit for the Z250. I need something for this thing. Thanks for the ketting advice I will look into getting a 136 cause I am going to take the airbox lid off. I will let you know what she dyno's I should be doing it this weekend. Thanks!!

So pretty much I am stuck with a pipe for an upgrade.. I think I might call a local shop to get a little porting done also... hmm that is a good idea! DAB racing here I come again!

i say we try to get every single person on here to call companys like dg for heelguards, wiseco for pistons/big bore kits, and hot cams for cams...maybe if they get enough request for a high enough dmeand to make the product they will make it and we can get the best out of our zs...i say we contact dg for body work maier for plastics, wiseco for piston and big bores and hot cams for cams...any other suggestions? and i will also contact members of other forums as well...we need to get some more shizzle for or quads...also i will get some phone numbers...brb

I don't see why you guys want motor work so bad I never really wanted that out of my z250.. even if you did beef your motor up with big bores you're still limited by shaft drive so you can't regear, auto clutch, ect.

They're entry level quads, basically a utility with sport plastics don't try to make it something it's not.

But I do agree that there is a lack of aftermarket for them, the stock heal guards are gross and aftermarket plastic would be nice.
