ok i posted it in my page...i guess it's waiting to be approved but it'll be there soon...it might be too small so if it is just save it to your computer and resize it so that it's bigger...if any of you need it resized and don't know how to do it then just give me your email address and i'll resize it then email you the picture...

I tried to enlarge it but its not clear enough to make out what it says. If you could e-mail it to me I'd appreciate it. Camarowfreak@aol.com It looks as if there is more wires than the z250.....so i might try a 400ex box since those are a dime a dozen. my friend prolly has one and he'll let me try it. I guess i'm going to build the head pipe, picked up a few stainless bends today. I wanted to keep most of the mods so everyone else can duplicate them but it seems like no one makes a header for it that is worth buying. once i get the rev limiter raised i'm gonna bring it to the dragstrip and do some testing.

I haven't had much to say in a while, but Im still here soaking up all the good info you guys are serving up. Thanks, lol.

Im torn between spending my money on the quad or my car. The car had an unfortunate meeting with a jackass snowplow driver over the weekend, so I need to drop some cash on having the rear bumper fixed.

It needs to warm up soon...riding in the snow is only fun for so long.

BTW, thank you for finding out the Pro Circuit pipe does nothing, because I was about to buy one. Now Im just going to wait and see how your custom pipe comes along, good luck with that.

boy the z400 2005 year model cdi box looks almost the same as the z250..hmmmmmm anyone out there have a 05 z400 and a z250 to see if it will plug in? maybe you have a friend with a z400.....i see a 05 cdi box on ebay for $30 and i might buy it just to try if the guy answers me back with answers to my question. i might be getting closer....i'm so desparate in trying to remove or raise the rev limit i'll try anything...hopefully someone out there can find someone wth a z400 and check into it.

If it is still too small, save it to your computer, then you can enlarge it.

Sorry for 3 posts in a row, but I just remember that I went to a Suzuki dealership yesterdaya nd they quoted me $380 for a Z250 CDI module and $285 to install a cam and valve springs.

I just found a stock Z250 CDI box on Ebay for $100 and a stock Z250 carb for $150. I'm almost positive that the Z250 has a higher rev limit than the Ozark, hence the higher top speeds you guys can acheive. But also, the Z250 has a 29 mm carb whereas the Ozark has a 25 mm carb. I just don't know if my current jet kit for my Ozarks carb would work on the Z250 carb.

What do you guys think?
