thought id check up on yall an see how them bad ol lt230s are duing,...ended up getting a retired quad mechanic to look at my lil frankinsrort lt230/160 an determined that it needed some internal carb parts,that dont come in a rebuild kit an he'll be back in town soon to get it back together,...cant wait to see my 7 year old son puttin round on it,decided to give it to him to ride an my lil gurl gets his old chineese 90cc,...i found me a good used polaris 2stroke 4x4 an decided creek bed runs are my favoright!! ill post back on frankinsport when we get it back together!!

vinyl paint works but gotta be the good stuff an follow directions to the tee!! i highly recommend the 3-M products!! but my use has been with old muscle car interior!!

The new seat looks good in the pic.....as for the paint you may want to try krylon fusion for plastic the stuff works great.......

well gents "The Mistress" is no more. the ol girl took her last ride sunday afternoon. i was out ramping at a friends house and clipped a tree 10 feet off the ground and it ripped the swinger off, broke the clutch perch and my headlight, plus i fractured my hand. so if anyone has a swing arm is good condition and dont want a ton of cash for it pm me and let me know. because of school i dont have much money to work with. its the price i pay for ramping in fourth gear. So as soon as i find a swinger it'll be Mistress 2.0. lol.
i'll try to post the damage pic if anyone took it. i dont remember a whole lot, still a little concussed at the moment. i guess i was knocked out for about 5 minutes but i still dont remeber going to the hospital, my dad has my 230 at the moment trying to extract the engine, i guess i bent the frame in the back and collapsed it into the tranny.
