I ordered some bearings from boss bearings on ebay for my '88 quadsport.
eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices
I tried putting them in tonight and they don't appear to have any hope of going into the arms. I measured the I.D. of the hole in the arms to be 20mm. The outer diameter of the old bearings is 20mm. However, the outer diameter of the new bearings is 21mm.
Have any of you ran into this before?

Search you model and year on google and add cheapcycle to the end of the search and then go through to engine components and fine the part you need. You can also buy it from them too.

As long as this is the correct vehicle, these parts should work.
Stick with the 0.6, 0.8 is the last bore possible and you want to save that last bore for when you need it. The cc's produced from 0.8 is only about 3cc's extra, no real hp gain. You wont notice any power gain either really. Its too small to tell.
