Agree, my DG is way too loud. Do they still make the cobra systems?

I kinda like my glass pack. You could probably get a cheap cherry bomb in the 3.5 inch, 2inch pipe config and use adapters to connect it. Then use the same adapter on the outlet and tailpipe connector. I think it would work very well actually. Just wire it to the frame or make some fancy mounts with a welder.

Just the fact that the pipe goes from 1.5 to 2 inch would create a lowpass filter and if the stuffing isn't too tightly packed, the exhaust may see it as a 3.5 inch pipe. All the stuffing does is stop resonant waves.

I bought a muffler on Ebay from a 2005 Yamaha yfz450 n a little mig welding I used my stock flang off my 230s muffler so it slides on and off, it works great n sounds good, not loud at all.If you like I can send you pics through Email of the work I did.because I tried to send them here and had no luck not sure what im doing wrong Theres a yfz450 muffler on Ebay for $39.99 free shipping if you want to go that route.I removed the spark arrestor now it sounds good.
I know im rambling AGAIN!!!! Any help with me posting pics here I could use it.

An ltz250 exhaust might be a pretty close fit.

I should check that out sometime.

If you can use a mig,you could fit alot of things on it.I got my mig from Harbor freight n it works great.I even welded my patch panels on my 1981 C20 chevy truck thing works pretty good for the price.
