1 more quick questions guys and ill stop drilling u guys, what will make one of these aircooled engines run hotter than normal, and allso seem to have very very high copression i mean very hard to kick</end quote></div>
What you mean to say is very very good compression :-) Maybe it's carbon buildup if your in disbelief how small the kick start lever really is. It will run hotter if your valves are leaking, it will run hotter if your running lean. It will run hotter if you raise the compression (or use a hotter plug..). Step the plug down to the next coolest. And up your gas to 91 or better and you should see it run better and maybe even clean up the motor a bit.

No offence mjlar94, but you can keep your sudco "jetting secrets". I appreciate you spending the extra money to have the "experts" jet your carb. Hell I did it as well, they talked me into a 32mm, and for my three rides on that engine it ran like a bat outta hell. read. LEAN, HOT and tempermental, and better kept in the dark! I wonder how she would have ran with the correct air/fuel mix???
Just my 2 cents, and if you've read this thread, I don't know ****!

How's the project going? Seems like last update you was only a few days away from the maiden voyage.

Haven't touched the girl in a week or so, busy making sure I am livin above dirt without regrets, and enjoying life.. Ya know what I mean? Don't want a single soul I have met, to say " he shoulda done this, coulda done this, etc" Know what I mean??? Same subject, going to sand mountain on wednesday for 5 days of turkey, beer and 500cc+ of 2 stroke sand dune fun! (Yes, Zilla will be mine this weekend!)
I am talking a lot of stuff, but the thought of riding that beast again scares the crap out of me, but I am on it like a rat on a cheeto!! Sad part is for all my bravado, I'll probably end up spending 80% of the time on my 400ex, and on the lil womans 230e, or even worse my daughters 1985 trx70!!! Or her 05 trx90! Actually, They are a TON of fun....
Sum of all Fears=I have to much fun and you fellers don't have to read my BS any longer............. Sorry punks!! Too full of **** and vinegar to let ya all off the hook that easy!! Old age and treachery will always defeat youth and skill!!!
Later skaters!!

No, the 250 has an extra disc or 2. Maybe you'll just have extra discs laying around. We can go look at the exploded diagrams online to see what we can see, but I think it will still work.
Btw, its funny you posted about clutches. I posted in the yamaha section about what brand of clutch I should buy. Any reason I shouldn't get the cheapest, etc, etc. I posted over there because there are like 3 times the posts there compared to the suzuki section. I figure I will get more hits. Who knows though.
I'm also shopping for tires, but think I have that one ironed out.

Sounds like good stuff. After not riding mine for 3 weeks or so, its refreshing to beat the crap out of it for the last couple of days and leave all my troubles in the dust.
