Well I finally drilled the holes right for my new rims. They look like swiis cheese lol

I did lose some ground clearance, but not too much...

best $40 bucks I spent on this thing
While revving it out a bit I noticed she spits fire

ok, I've got a problem, when I was putting my new clutch cable in, the whole shaft that the lever on the clutch attaches to slid out of the engine case. Now, it slid back in so I didn't think this would be a problem. But once I got everything back together and got the cable tight, I went to pull it and the clutch didn't disengage.
I tightened the cable super tight and it hardly changed. What's going on?? It even seems harder to pull.
EDIT: Ok so I tried it and it seems ok. I guess I never tried it before but is it supposed to free-wheel with the clutch pulled all the way?
Also, when I was trying it, I didn't tighten the 2 bolts that bolt the clutch lever assembly onto the handlebars and I lost the lower one, is it the same as the upper one?

Could be a bit lean on the idle if it spits when you left off.

I think those bolts are the same.
I don't know why that shaft would slide out like that. You could check the eploded diagrams here: http://www.alpha-sports.com/suzuki_atv_parts.htm
