trans trouble here.... just did full rebuild on motor, all new seals and all. having trouble now with trans, i cant get neutral....all gears work fine just no neutral...any sugestion?

I have no idea. I took mine apart, let it sit on the bench for about 6 months, and finally boxed it up and stored it away the other day. I never did get a crank and now I have the 250 engine so.... I got tired of looking at the mess.

Ha! Finding neutral has been a bit@ch for me forever! Even with the idiot light on the ex, I still have issues![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img]
on my 230 when I removed my shifter during one of the many builds.. Same thing counldn't get neutral, period.. Drove me nuts. Ending up taking the shifter off and moving it one spline and found neutral much more easy, which ain't saying much for me. And don't ask me if I moved it up or down, cause I couldn't recall that brain cell if u paid me! [img]i/expressions/beer.gif[/img]

Hey man Ive got this 230 and have a problem with it. It will not run (without me) the motor runs good (when I get a chance to fire it up) And the clutch trys to stick (after 6 months of sitting idel).
The tires are not holding air and the fuel **** sticks.
If I do get it fired up it spits out this black **** looking stuff and smokes for a short time.
The chain gets dry and the grease in the bearings gets thick for some reason.
Right now the plastic is dusty, the seat is a shelf and I think pac-rats have taken up in the K&N.
Can YALL help me out?
